Not only is this company one of the best-known gay and lesbian troupes in the world, but it has carved a vital and influential place for itself among Canada's theatre organizations. Located just east of Yonge Street amid Toronto's Gay Village, the theatre thrives by presenting cutting-edge and often controversial productions from Canadian playwrights. The theatre features three performance spaces: a 300-seat main (The Chamber), Tallulah's Cabaret seating 150-200, and the Ante-Chamber with seating up to 50.
